Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur :: Grand Deluxe King

Hi everyone. This is the latest review of Grand Deluxe King (Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur). There is not much changes been made since my last stay here. Located at the 31st floor, my Grand Deluxe King room faces KL Skyline and KL Tower. Basically, Grand Deluxe Room is a corner room which offers spectacular view. Here are some of my photos taken during my stay~

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur offers spectacular view of KL City Skyline. For those who love to swim, this hotel has a magnificent view of Petronas Twin Towers from the swimming pool. The temperature of the pool is maintained at 28 degree which not too cold and not too hot.

Since now is Ramadhan, they provide special menu for pre-dawn meal (sahur) for all guest. If you wish to have other menus, you can take a look at their in-room dining service book.

Dinner at Poolside Restaurant, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Hello Grand Hyatt KL...it has been quite a long time since my last visit. Today i would like to update about the Grand Hyatt KL.

I've been there for dinner at the Poolside Restaurant. I totally love poolside restaurant at night as it has such a relaxing atmosphere and great view.

As usual, Nasi Goreng and Apple Juice are my favourite dish at thus restaurant. Suprisingly, the taste, the texture and the quality did not change at all since my last visit. Kudos Grand Hyatt KL.

Impiana KLCC Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

This review was written based on my experience.

Basically, Impiana Hotel KLCC is a 4 stars hotel located within Twin Towers vicinity. To be exact, it is located in front of Grand Hyatt KL. For those who wish to stay at this hotel, you can take the LRT train and allied at KLCC station. From KLCC station, you have to walk for about 9 minutes before you reach the hotel. If you are from Bukit Bintang, covered pedestrian bridge is the best way to reach the hotel.

Back to my experience at Impiana KLCC. Check in process was hassle free but the front desk staff did not helpful enough. No smile, no greetings and talked with firm voice...oh this is not cool...i supposed to have free welcome drinks upon check in but i did not received any. When i asked the front desk, they asked me to wait but i can't wait for 30 minutes just for the welcome drinks. So, my first impression towards Impiana = bad service !

I went to Level 11 ( where my room was located ). Basically, the room looked fairly nice. Equipped with LCD TV, bath amenities, workdesk, and other room amenities.

Room amenities.. Iron, Slipper, Scale, Safe...etc... (Impiana Hotel KLCC, Kuala Lumpur)
Bathroom (Impiana Hotel KLCC, Kuala Lumpur)
Oh yes. One drawback in Impiana KLCC Hotel, they do not have any separated shower cubicle. So you have to use bathtub if you wish to take a bath~

Infinity Edge Swimming Pool (Impiana Hotel KLCC, Kuala Lumpur)
Infinity edge swimming pool is one of my favourite spot in this hotel. You can have a clear view of Twin Towers and other iconic towers of Kuala Lumpur.

However, when i was in the room, one of the Impiana KLCC staff suddenly entered my room. I was so shocked and the staff said "Oh sorry. I thaught the room is vacant"...oh man, this incident screwed up my mood on that day. How can a 4 stars hotel did this to their guest ? Dont they have a systematic system to determine a vacant / occupied room ? Bad !

For those who love Malaysian cuisine, you should go to JP Teres or Poolside Restaurant in which JP Teres was located at the Ground floor while Poolside was located at Level 2.

THIRTY8 Restaurant with Twin Towers view

Hotel signature restaurant (THIRTY8) offers you a vibrant dining with spectacular view of Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Garden. Located on the 38th floor (which is the highest floor), this THIRTY8 restaurant provides a wide range of international cuisine. Ranging from Japanese cuisine until American cuisine, you will definitely love the menu offered by the restaurant.

For those who wanna stay at this hotel, please be reminded that, guests have to take the first elevator which brings you to the 39th floor (Lobby). Yes, lobby is located on the 39th floor...just above the THIRTY8 restaurant. After check in, you will have to go to another section of elevators in which those elevators will bring you to the resident floors. You will have to flash your access card in order to activate the elevators. Good security though.

I used to check in the Grand Suite room ( #3009 ). Stayed there twice and i must said, this room has a breathtaking views.
